Toxic Friendships: Accepting, Forgiving and Moving On

Toxic Friendships: Accepting, Forgiving and Moving On

Be kind to everyone you meet because in their lives they are fighting battles you know nothing about.

Looking back at the struggles of my life and how I've been able to persevere. The climb wasn't easy and my path wasn't clear. Yet I didn't give in to my weaker self, instead I endured. Toxicity is the issue that we must all face at some point in our lives, life is too short to continue to thrive in areas that hurt or bring you down. You owe it to your self to disassociate yourself from people and situations that continue to disrespect  your boundaries.

It is up to you to determine when you are in the company of toxic people and negative energy.  Some people's purpose in life is to destroy others, and they have no empathy for the destruction and pain that they may have caused in another person's life.

This video speaks on this subject in depth, and hopefully you will find through the words of this individual an escape to a new and happy existence.

After the video I have a link to the article called:  Toxic Friendships: Accepting, Forgiving and Moving On. The paragraph below is from the article.  -(Ejai)

"When I think of my old friend, I only hope she is happy. Letting her go didn’t mean that I don’t care. It just means I want to be happy myself. That’s why it’s so important to forgive, love, and move on when you have to: We all deserve to be happy. We have the power to make it happen."

“You will come to realize that some people are a part of your history ...but not your destiny. Cry. Forgive. Learn. Move on. Let your tears water the seeds of your future happiness.”
